Principal Business Analyst - Remote

Providence is one of the nation's leading non-profit healthcare systems, serving more than 5 million unique patients across its network. The Principal Business Analyst role focuses on reporting, planning, and analysis within Health Plan Operations, driving initiatives to enhance operational performance and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a lead resource for reporting, planning, and analysis within Health Plan Operations
• Drive complex business and enterprise initiatives that enhance operational performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Influence strategic decision-making and support operational excellence across multiple functional areas

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 8 years Healthcare Business Analysis or related field specific to business analysis
• 8 years utilization of reporting and analytic tools and techniques
• Proven experience in leading cross function teams, coordinating resources, setting timelines and deliverables for successful completion of project work
• 3 years proven experience in a Senior or Principal Business Analyst role
• Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field
