As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will influence product architecture and engineering culture while driving the development of high-impact features and ensuring system robustness for enterprise-level governance data.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Product Evolution: Work closely with the founders and product team to brainstorm, spec, and build high-impact features that solve real-world problems for our expanding community of board directors
• Champion Engineering Excellence: You will play a key role in keeping our codebase healthy. You will identify patterns to reduce technical debt and ensure our system is robust enough to handle the enterprise-level governance data our users rely on every day
• Cultivate a Peer Culture: Through thoughtful PR reviews and collaborative technical discussions, you will share your expertise and help raise the collective bar for the engineering team
• Scale for Performance: As our user base grows, you will play a key role in evolving our architecture. You will evaluate and implement strategic improvements to our tech stack, ensuring we are using the most effective tools for our next phase of growth
