The Senior Product Manager will own key product areas and lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Physical AI capabilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product direction and deliver innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Physical AI product roadmap across digital twins, perception (computer vision), automation/robotics, and real-time systems prioritizing features and initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, system capabilities, and acceptance criteria
- Translate real-world operational needs into end-to-end workflows
- Drive requirements for simulation & digital twin environments to accelerate validation, deployment, and iteration
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis across robotics platforms, CV toolchains, digital twin ecosystems, and edge AI
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop value narratives, demos, and pilot-to-scale playbooks for Physical AI deployments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required (Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, Systems, or related preferred)
- 10+ years progressive experience in product management, solution design, or technology delivery, including AI-enabled products
- 3–5+ years leading cross-functional teams delivering complex, multi-system products (software + hardware/sensors)
- Proven track record of establishing and growing high-value relationships and partnerships with customers
- Experience presenting/pitching strategic recommendations and complex concepts to IT and business leaders
- Experience leading transformation programs that include real-time data, sensors/IoT, automation, and AI/ML (not just web/mobile)
- Deep experience leading diverse teams across engineering, design, data/ML, and operations through the product lifecycle
- Strong grasp of computer vision fundamentals (detection, segmentation, tracking), model evaluation, and production considerations (drift, monitoring, retraining)
- Familiarity with digital twin concepts (asset models, spatial/3D context, simulation, interoperability) and how they support decisioning and operations
- Familiarity with robotics/automation workflows (task definition, autonomy levels, safety constraints, human-in-the-loop operations)
- Agile delivery experience, with comfort operating in R&D-heavy environments (experimentation, prototyping, iterative validation)
- Contribution to project financials/budget tracking and understanding of P&L
- Master's degree a plus (AI/ML, Robotics, Computer Vision, Systems Engineering, HCI)
