Senior AI Platform Engineer

UST HealthProof is a technology-driven company that transforms lives through innovative solutions. They are seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to lead the deployment and administration of AI platforms like Claude Enterprise and ChatGPT Enterprise, ensuring operational support and security compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end‑to‑end deployment, configuration, and administration of Claude Enterprise and/or ChatGPT Enterprise
• Manage platform lifecycle activities including tenant setup, feature enablement, access policies, and user onboarding
• Provide ongoing operational support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for enterprise AI platforms
• Act as the primary technical owner for AI platform stability and readiness
• Configure and manage Okta SSO and SCIM provisioning for enterprise AI platforms
• Integrate CyberArk (or equivalent PAM tools) for privileged access management
• Implement least‑privilege access models and administrative role controls
• Align AI platform security with enterprise IAM and security architecture standards

Requirements:

• 8–12+ years of overall experience, with 1.5–3 years of direct, hands‑on ChatGPT Enterprise / Claude Enterprise deployment
• Proven, hands‑on experience deploying Claude Enterprise and/or ChatGPT Enterprise in a production enterprise environment
• Strong experience with enterprise SaaS platform administration
• Hands‑on expertise in Okta SSO configuration
• Hands‑on expertise in SCIM provisioning
• Hands‑on expertise in CyberArk or equivalent PAM solutions
• Hands‑on expertise in Splunk logging and monitoring
• Experience implementing security, audit, and compliance controls for regulated environments
• Strong understanding of enterprise identity, access management, and security principles
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Security, IT, and Compliance teams
