Risk Engineering Training Program - Seattle, Phoenix, Denver, or SF (Summer 2026)

Zurich North America is a leading provider of commercial property-casualty insurance solutions. They are seeking candidates for their Risk Engineering Training Program, which combines classroom instruction with hands-on training to prepare participants for risk assessments and consulting in various industries.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer locations to perform risk assessments and advise customers in a wide array of industries, including construction, healthcare, manufacturing and more
• Collaborate with a global network of over 900 specialists
• Access advanced risk management tools and work with underwriting teams

Requirements:

• Graduated with or pursuing a bachelor's degree on target to graduate by June 2026
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid U.S. driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record history
• Engineering degree in Fire Protection, Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent program
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Corporate internship experience or corporate work experience
• Leadership and involvement in extracurricular activities and on campus organizations and/or community, public service or similar activities
