AI Engineer

Triad Financial Services Inc. is a prominent leader in the financial services industry, dedicated to providing innovative and reliable financial solutions. They are seeking a highly skilled AI Lead Engineer or Manager to develop AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve client experiences while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of agentic AI solutions that automate multi-step workflows, ensuring they operate within defined guardrails such as document processing, task orchestration, and automation pipelines
• Translate complex business challenges into scalable AI solutions, coordinating cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and business units to ensure seamless implementation and integration
• Drive hands-on development activities such as prototyping, prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, and establishing standardized delivery playbooks to ensure consistency and repeatability
• Identify high-impact productivity opportunities where AI can significantly reduce cycle times, minimize errors, and increase throughput, particularly through embedded copilots and agents within Microsoft 365 applications
• Partner with business leaders to define success metrics for AI-driven productivity enhancements, establishing continuous feedback mechanisms and measuring outcomes against predefined KPIs
• Implement and enforce AI governance policies aligned with internal standards, including responsible AI practices, data privacy, and security protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop AI risk controls, conduct vendor and solution due diligence, and establish lifecycle management practices such as monitoring, drift detection, retraining triggers, and incident response protocols
• Own the validation and testing strategies for AI outputs and automation pipelines, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and reliability, including validation of sensitive or regulated data
• Manage AI project intake, prioritization, and feasibility assessments, communicating progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders through regular updates and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
• A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in AI and machine learning, particularly in enterprise environments
• Leadership experience of at least 5 years in managing teams or programs related to AI deployment
• Demonstrated expertise in deploying AI solutions, especially involving large language models, natural language processing, and agentic AI frameworks
• Solid understanding of AI governance, security protocols, bias mitigation strategies, and human-in-the-loop systems
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
