Atropos Health is a developer of GENEVA™ OS, focused on transforming healthcare with real-world evidence. They are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify leads, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, and build a strong sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research prospective customers within target markets including ambient and technology companies
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new sales opportunities
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine the potential fit for Atropos Health’s solutions
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls between prospects and Sales SVP/-VP-Directors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (Hubspot)
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize outreach strategies and sequences
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in an SDR role engaging Healthcare Technology, Life Sciences, or Health System accounts
- Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics (meetings booked, pipeline generated)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling outreach messages
- Regularly demonstrates professional persistence when daily prospecting
- Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and using LinkedIn for prospecting to executive-level stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot) and sales prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Passionate about healthcare and technology
- Ability to work in a virtual environment
