Vice President Project Management

AI Recovery Collective is an AI-driven technology firm specializing in advanced artificial intelligence solutions. The Vice President of Project Management will lead the global project management strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate vision and delivery excellence while overseeing program governance, resource planning, and risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee AI Recovery Collective’s global project management strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate vision, client objectives, and delivery excellence
• Define and implement standardized project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices across all teams
• Ensure consistent execution, quality, and accountability across AI initiatives and client engagements
• Monitor project performance, adherence to timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
• Establish robust program governance structures for enterprise AI projects and internal initiatives
• Partner with engineering, product, operations, and client teams to ensure seamless project execution and resource optimization
• Develop risk management, escalation, and mitigation strategies for complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Align program execution with strategic objectives, business priorities, and client expectations
• Support the expansion of AI Recovery Collective’s services through scalable project delivery frameworks
• Develop operational roadmaps, resource plans, and capacity strategies to meet growing client and market demands
• Enable cross-border project delivery by adapting methodologies to local regulatory, institutional, and technical contexts
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance project outcomes
• Implement project analytics, KPIs, and dashboards to measure delivery effectiveness and operational performance
• Leverage data, automation, and AI-driven tools to optimize project planning, monitoring, and reporting
• Continuously assess and refine methodologies, tools, and processes based on performance insights
• Align project investments with strategic priorities, client impact, and organizational growth objectives
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global project management organization
• Foster collaboration across engineering, product, client services, and executive teams
• Develop talent pipelines, leadership succession plans, and scalable project management capabilities
• Champion a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in project management, program delivery, or operations within AI technology, enterprise software, or professional services
• Proven success in building and scaling project management functions in global or high-growth environments
• Strong understanding of AI technology, software delivery, and enterprise-scale implementations
• Demonstrated expertise in governance, risk management, and cross-functional execution
• Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Technology, or related field required
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
