Software Security Engineer

Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a Software Security Engineer to perform non-SaaS Windows software reviews in accordance with security policies and standards. The role requires providing exceptional customer service regarding software reviews and articulating security requirements clearly.

Responsibilities:

• Expertise with Microsoft Windows and common Windows application conventions
• Expertise with various pentesting methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of common security weaknesses (i.e. OWASP Top 10 for desktop applications)
• Experience with reverse engineering and debugging tools for Windows
• Strong understanding of network protocols and their security implications, including familiarity with packet analysis and modification, and interception techniques
• Ability to understand and implement security requirements for software reviews
• Excellent writing and communication skills to convey findings to both customers and engineering staff
