LTK is a global technology platform that empowers lifestyle creators to monetize their content. They are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to own and grow the Brand Platform, which facilitates collaborations between creators and brands, enhancing the user experience and driving business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Translate Strategy into Execution: Convert the vision of founders and senior leaders into a product strategy and roadmap that drives measurable business outcomes
- End-to-End Product Ownership: Define features, write clear user stories, manage the backlog, and make trade-offs to ensure high-quality, high-impact delivery
- Product Execution & Quality: Collaborate with engineering and design to launch exceptional products, identify and triage quality issues, and ensure features work across devices, international points of sale, and use cases
- Customer Insight & Feedback: Gather and synthesize feedback from usability tests, surveys, support tickets, and other channels to guide decisions. Use data and research to continuously optimize the campaign funnel and improve user experience
- Marketplace & Financial Systems: Architect solutions for campaign proposals, offer negotiation, digital contracting, and seamless payment systems to ensure accurate, timely payouts for creators
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Define proper instrumentation for projects, analyze post-launch results, and proactively generate insights to inform future features and roadmap priorities
- AI & Emerging Tech: Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Enterpret, Glean) responsibly to automate routine tasks, summarize user feedback, and accelerate insights while improving decision-making
- Strategic Impact: Understand your product area in the context of team and company objectives. Align multiple initiatives to broader goals, and use post-launch analysis to recommend next steps
- Stakeholder Management: Proactively identify impacted stakeholders across teams, integrate feedback into product decisions, and communicate updates and trade-offs clearly
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a trusted partner to design, engineering, and other teams to unblock work, drive alignment, and deliver exceptional products
Requirements:
- 4+ years in product management, preferably in a multi-sided marketplace, ad-tech, mar-tech, or creator economy platform
- Strong understanding of CMOs, media buyers, and performance marketers
- Knowledge of marketplace mechanics, payment systems (Stripe, Netsuite, PayPal), trust & safety, and digital contracting workflows
- Comfortable with cohort analysis, funnel optimization, financial modeling, and tools like Amplitude, Fullstory, Looker, and Athena
- Deep empathy for both creators and brands; able to translate insights into actionable product improvements
- Skilled at aligning stakeholders, managing dependencies, and driving teams toward shared goals
- Able to articulate complex product decisions, trade-offs, and data-backed rationale to engineers, stakeholders, and executives
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment; capable of operating at both strategic and tactical levels
- Able to transition into the role of the customer prior to launch to ensure the product meets customer expectations
