US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm, and they are seeking a Content Marketing Strategist to support the Brand Narrative team during a six-month maternity leave coverage period. The role involves defining and refining scalable content workflows, establishing structured intake processes for blog content, and operationalizing AI use cases to enhance team efficiency.

- Build a proactive system with Product Marketing and Communications to ensure visibility into upcoming launches, announcements, and campaigns — including regular syncs or shared planning documentation to prevent last-minute content requests
- Develop and maintain operational documentation — including playbooks, workflow maps, publishing standards, homepage update processes, and content reuse frameworks — to ensure continuity and reduce reliance on tribal knowledge
- Identify, pilot, and scale practical AI use cases that reduce manual work and improve team efficiency. Document and enable adoption across the team
- Contribute to the operational execution of thought leadership initiatives by coordinating SME timelines, draft reviews, approvals, publishing schedules, and cross-channel promotion alignment
