Data Analyst - Corporate Accounting (UAT & SAP)

Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a Data Analyst to join their high-impact Corporate Accounting team. This role focuses on operational accounting during the monthly close and involves critical systems enablement and UAT testing for a major SAP S/4HANA transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Execute monthly intercompany accounting activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for finance tools by executing scripts and validating financial results
• Maintain general ledger master data and ensure high levels of data governance and quality
• Collaborate with Finance and Engineering teams to triage system defects and validate fixes

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Accounting Close execution and financial impact assessment
• 3+ years of proficiency in SAP Finance or similar enterprise accounting systems
• 2+ years of experience specifically in UAT execution for finance-related software
• Ability to work 100% PST hours
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Strong proficiency in Power BI for report refreshing and maintenance
• Previous experience in a large-scale, global corporate environment (e.g., Microsoft)
