They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to enhance the candidate experience and support recruiting operations through effective scheduling and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end interview lifecycle, using GoodTime.io to coordinate complex panel interviews and onsite visits between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain impeccable data integrity within Greenhouse, ensuring candidate records, stages, and communications are accurate and up-to-date
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and a "signature" experience from initial contact to offer
- Assist in the planning and execution of recruiting initiatives, such as university events, and hiring sprints
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners to keep the hiring machine running smoothly
- Generate accurate reports on pipeline health and candidate status to help the team make data-driven decisions
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, scheduling efficiency, and the overall candidate journey
