Our client, SES, is seeking a Pega Systems Analyst or Pega Business Systems Analyst to translate business analyst user stories into technical user stories for a Pega workflow application that interfaces with Salesforce and call centers.
Responsibilities:
- Write technical User Stories, translate the "What" into the "How"
- Pega Product Experience is Preferred However some Workflow Platform is required
- Background and experience in "Process workflow A to B to C with decision points, either systemic or personalized
- Interfacing Workflows with 3rd party products such as Salesforce
- Defining Operational processes User Stories supporting Retirement Backoffice processes
- Salesforce and Call Center experience (++)
- Jira
- Agile
