Pega Systems Analyst OR Pega Business Systems Analyst, Call Center

Our client, SES, is seeking a Pega Systems Analyst or Pega Business Systems Analyst to translate business analyst user stories into technical user stories for a Pega workflow application that interfaces with Salesforce and call centers.

Responsibilities:

• Write technical User Stories, translate the "What" into the "How"
• Pega Product Experience is Preferred However some Workflow Platform is required
• Background and experience in "Process workflow A to B to C with decision points, either systemic or personalized
• Interfacing Workflows with 3rd party products such as Salesforce
• Defining Operational processes User Stories supporting Retirement Backoffice processes
• Salesforce and Call Center experience (++)
• Jira
• Agile

Requirements:
