Cellebrite is a leader in digital investigations and intelligence gathering, enabling customers to enhance their capabilities in law enforcement. The Solutions Engineer will support pre/post sales activities, develop technical solutions for customer needs, and collaborate with sales teams to establish new accounts in the Southeast region.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing technical solutions based upon the needs, environmental considerations and understanding of the customer’s requirements. In addition, the individual must be able to accurately consult with engineers, architects, and other technical personnel to insure successful deployment activities
- Identifies current and future customer technical requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand product requirements. Provides product or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests
- Work with sales team to establish new accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedules
- Develops proposals by analyzing cost-benefit ratios and return on investment analysis
- Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating technical value of solutions, cost reductions and operations improvements
- Develops customer's staff by providing technical information and training
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; advising customer on product, service, or equipment adherence to requirements; advising customer on needed actions
- Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
- Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, or, equivalent industry experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales/systems engineering role, or, 4 years of experience in digital forensic investigations (Mobile and/or computer forensics)
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of mobile and computer forensic solutions and evidence analytics solutions preferred (i.e. Cellebrite, Oxygen, MSAB, Magnet, Nuix, Palantir, I2)
- Working Knowledge of Investigations: general requirements, analysis, & documentation
- Linux and Windows system administration, basic networking, and storage administration
- Having a working understanding or exposure to law enforcement best practices is a plus
