Wynwood Valet is seeking a Valet Parking Driver to join our team at one of our locations in Wynwood.

The Valet Parking Attendant provides professional and courteous service to guests by safely parking and retrieving vehicles while ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming arrival and departure experience. 

This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate guest vehicles safely and responsibly.

Compensation: 

$14.00 an hour

Essential Functions:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing professional, friendly valet service.
• Open vehicle doors and assist guests as needed to ensure a positive first impression. 
• Direct traffic in the parking area and assist guests entering or exiting the parking lot or garage. 
• Collect, tag, and securely store vehicle keys to ensure accurate and timely return to guests. 
• Safely park guest vehicles in designated areas while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations. 
• Retrieve vehicles promptly and deliver them to guests in a courteous and efficient manner. 
• Ensure all parked vehicles are locked and handled with care. 
• Operate guest vehicles responsibly and maintain a high level of safety at all times. 
• Maintain accurate records of vehicles, keys, and daily transactions. 
• Assist with general parking area organization and cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operations and guest service.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or the equivalent is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License in Good Standing.
• Must have the ability to multitask.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Positive Attitude.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
