· Must have and maintain a current Esthetician’s state license.
· Must be able to set up all proper equipment for all menu serices.
· Must have prior experience in product retail sales.
· Must meet the retail goals established by management, if applicable.
· Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by state board regulations.
· Greet clients in a professional and timely manner.
· Possess comprehensive knowledge of facial services and product lines and confidently educate guests on their features and benefits.
· Ability to perform all esthetics menu services.
· Communicate all service upgrades and changes to spa desk staff promptly.
· Help guests choose appropriate retail products and explain how to use them effectively.
· Report any service issues immediately.
· Maintain strict cleanliness practices according to established protocol/procedures.
· Other duties as assigned by management.
