The Job Coach’s job function is to help individuals supported maintain paid employment in integrated business settings.
This specific Job Coaching duty would support a member Mon-Fri , If candidate desires more hours, additional hours are available and full-time. This position currently assists 1 member with job coaching supports. Automatic increases at 6 month and 1 year, along with annual performance pay.
Staff are key in providing what is needed to help an individual learn, keep or improve skills necessary to live in a home, providing supports based on an individual's hopes, dreams, and preferences and individuals are afforded privacy and are treated with dignity and respect, to have access to coordinated services and supports determined by the individual's unique strengths, needs and choices. Staff actively participate in all aspects of planning, implementation monitoring and evaluation of member services and supports.
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS.
30 or more hours a week are eligible for benefits. 40 hours eligible for PTO. Automatic increases at 6 months & 1 year. Great benefits package including employer paid life insurance and long term disability and 70% paid health insurance.
