Job Overview
Motor Winder needed at our Longview Texas Manufacturing Facility for our 2nd shift operations. This job position is responsible for installing coils into AC, DC, and SR stator frames, making lead connections, and performing voltage testing on the stator windings.

Key Job Responsibilities
Work safe and be an advocate for safety.
• Able to follow instructions and repeat basic procedures of the motor winder position.
• Cleans and maintains equipment, tooling, and work area.
• Properly insulate frames as required during the winding process.
• Make accurate connections using solder and brazing processes.
• Able to test stator windings at high voltage.
• Document all information needed for traceability.
Qualifications/Requirements
2 years of experience or equivalent knowledge of motor/stator winding duties.
• Ability to perform basic math functions. (Addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.)
• Ability to operate a forklift, overhead crane, and other equipment as needed.
• Ability to work independently, holding close tolerances, minimizing scrap all within standard routing hours.
• Strong blue-print reading skills.
