- Willingness to work on any line in the plant.

- Demonstrated practice of skills in leadership, communication, flexibility, and resolution of day to day problems associated with production line workforce.
- Excellent demonstrated record of Good Manufacturing Practices, Personal Protective Equipment, Safety and Health Issues, and adhering to any/all company policies and practices.
- Read, write simple addition and subtraction.
- Must be able to speak, read and write English.
