UI/UX Developer / Architect

Role: UI/UX Developer/Architect Location: Grand Ave, IA

Mode of work: Fully Onsite

Requirements:

· 5+ years of professional front-end development experience (Required)

· Design System Expertise: Proven ability to set up and integrate enterprise design systems (Required)

· Development of high-level wrapper components and reusable component libraries (Required, 5 Years)

· Accessibility Knowledge: Strong expertise in WCAG 2.1/AAA standards, ARIA roles, semantic HTML, and accessibility testing tools (Required, 5 Years)

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, SASS, and Angular (Required, 5 Years)

· Component Documentation: Experience using Storybook for component development and collaboration (Required, 5 Years)

· UX Principles: Strong understanding of UX best practices and accessible user interface design (Required, 5 Years)

· Enterprise Design Systems: Experience with USWDS or other enterprise-level design systems (Required, 5 Years)

· Backend Familiarity: Experience with .NET, MVC, and SQL to support backend integration and cross-team collaboration (Highly desired, 5 Years)

· Integration Awareness: Ability to understand backend considerations in a .NET environment for seamless front-end integration (Highly desired, 5 Years)
