Essential Job Functions
- Owns the air product and North America air strategy following the Air Global guidance.
- Drives and Executes Air strategy to drive business growth in close cooperation with BD partners.
- Develops relevant Air Products and plans and executes new initiatives using global market outlook/information.
- Ensures optimal growth as result ofbest possible procurement efforts and selling based on end-to-end customer requirements.
- Communicates with internal and external stakeholders on deviation of country airfreight budget, volume budget, and market developments.
- Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
- Talking, hearing and using hands to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other computer components
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Supply Chain& Logistics or a related field.
- 1O+ years of experience working in a global air forwarder and carrier network in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of managing air freight procurement.
- Excellent working knowledge ofMicrosoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Carrier and Forwarder operations management experience.
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
- Professional certification may be required in this position.
Illinois required disclosure: Salary range for this position is between USD 110,000 - 160,000 annually
