Cardiac Sonographer Requirements· Minimum one (1) year of experience performing cardiac diagnostic procedures and related responsibilities · Current ARDMS - RDCS certification · Demonstrate professionalism and effective interpersonal skills in a diverse population.· Ability to be self-directed and organized to work independently with minimal direct supervision.· Must be able to pass all necessary health requirements for hospital employment, including drug screening and background check· Must have a current BLS/CPR Job Responsibilities· Demonstrate proficiency in medical diagnostic imaging equipment· Perform a wide range of Echo imaging procedures, primarily in an ER environment· Communicate pertinent clinical information and findings to the radiologist.· Provide excellent care to their patients while maintaining a good rapport and excellent service to all client hospitals and staff.· Utilize systems such as PACS systems and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) to obtain or enter appropriate care data.
