
Monmouth University is seeking applications for an Assistant Professor of Nursing in the Marjorie K. Unterberg School of Nursing and Health Studies for AY2026-2027 with anticipated start date of Fall 2026. Applications received by April 15, 2026 will receive full consideration. The Marjorie K. Unterberg School of Nursing and Health Studies has 38 full-time faculty, 14 staff, and close to 1,000 students. The School offers undergraduate nursing, health studies, health promotion, health, and physical education, master’s physician assistant, doctoral occupational therapy, master’s, doctoral, and post-master's nursing programs and continuing education programs.
The Baccalaureate degree program in nursing, Master’s degree program in nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice program, and post-graduate APRN certificate program at Monmouth University are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
Monmouth University earned its highest-ever ranking on the U.S. News & World Report 2025 Best Colleges list, moving up two spots to No. 15 in the Regional Universities North category. This is an in-person, on-campus, non-remote position.
