Job Description

• Escort patient to exam rooms
• Assist provider with exams and procedures
• Take telephone messages, provide feedback and answer patient/pharmacy calls
• Clean and restock exam rooms
• Sterilize instruments
• Conduct patient documentation and charting
• Take vital signs
• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work 
• Social perceptiveness and service oriented 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Strong organizational and planning skill 
• Knowledge with EMR  

Job Type:

• Full-time: M-F 8:00 am- 4:30 pm 
• Occasional travel to other locations (Skaneateles and East Syracuse) 

Experience:

• Customer service
• Medical Assisting 

Pay:

• Pay starts at $18/hr, and commensurate with your experience.
