This position requires applicants to possess a valid commercial driver’s license with manual endoresement and to work with a team of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate can work on their feet for most of the day and is comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Applicants must be able to lift 50lbs. This position requires the ability to travel 2-4 weeks at a time between the months of March through September. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, MVR, background check and continuing random drug tests. Experience working with pesticides is highly valued.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in applying herbicides to the railroad and its surrounding properties
- Communicate and coordinate with railroad personnel
- Make safe and effective on the job decisions
- Drive a commercial vehicle, both over the road and on the railroad
- Perform simple math: addition, multiplication and division.
- Show up on time and work in a professional manner
- Properly organize and fill out daily reports.
Experience:
- Pesticide: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification: CDL A or B with Manual Endorsement
Minimum age requirement is 21
Schedule:
- Regular hours and Overtime
- Weekends as needed
- Travel between 2-4 weeks at a time during March through October
