Hiring Range: $114,000.00 - $165,000.00

We are seeking a dynamic, culturally respectful, and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in delivering exceptional oncology care and supporting our patients every step of their journey.

What You’ll Do:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Salish Cancer Center, you will lead with heart, guiding our team to deliver exceptional, compassionate oncology care while supporting patients and families throughout their cancer journey.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients, including triage, infusion services, care coordination, and patient/family education.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for physicians regarding verbal and written orders and coordinate implementation with nursing staff. 
• Administer treatments and medications, monitor patient responses, and intervene promptly in adverse reactions.
• Manage physician orders, coordinate care with providers and pharmacy, and serve as a primary contact for clinical questions.
• Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic health record and maintain regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team to promote efficient clinic workflow and continuity of care.
• Support new patient intake, follow-up care, and overall patient experience with compassion and professionalism.

What You Bring:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with active WA State RN license.
• Two (2) years of infusion therapy experience. Oncology experience preferred. 
• Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Certification or ability to obtain within three (3) months of hire. Certified Oncology Nurse (OCN) credential preferred. 
• Current BLS certification.
