We're looking for that person with an enthusiastic, human approach who naturally takes an interest in people. This person will make the first contact with our guests over the phone or by e-mail at the time of their reservation. The Reservations Agent is expected to know our room types, pricing principles and services inside and out, in order to offer attentive, personalized service to all our guests.
Seasonal Position — Summer 2026
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Respond cordially, quickly, and efficiently to the various calls and e-mails received for all reservation, modification, cancellation or information requests.
- Help our guests choose the best room/package and optimize occupancy by effectively managing our waiting list.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide relevant information that enables us to offer a personalized experience to our guests.
- Develop a detailed knowledge of the hotels we serve, including the specific features of each, as well as the distinctions between our brands.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Hospitality diploma, an asset
- Natural customer service orientation - with experience, an asset
- Positive, organized and proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent oral and written skills in French and English, due to frequent interaction with English- and French-speaking colleagues, partners and guests from across Canada
- Knowledge of hotel management software OPERA PMS, an asset
