As an Assistant Manager – Founder’s Office (Strategy & Performance Excellence), you will work closely with leadership to drive structured improvements across Customer Experience (CX), Advisor Performance, Process Efficiency, and Revenue Operations.
This is a high-impact analytical role ideal for someone who thinks in systems, anticipates bottlenecks before they arise, and builds scalable processes that improve performance across teams.
Identify performance gaps and provide data-backed recommendations.
Design and maintain team-level and individual-level scorecards.
Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify recurring issues and root causes.
Track key performance metrics and suggest corrective actions.
Map existing workflows and identify inefficiencies.
Design scalable processes anticipating future growth.
Build SOPs and structured execution frameworks.
Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, CX, Tech Ops, and Compliance teams.
Drive follow-ups on action items from weekly reviews.
Ensure alignment between leadership strategy and ground-level execution.
Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Support rollout of performance improvement programs and track adoption.
1–2 years of experience in Strategy, Business Analytics, Revenue Operations, or similar roles.
Strong analytical ability with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.
Comfort working with large datasets, KPIs, and trend analysis.
Structured thinking and strong problem-solving ability.
Ability to think 6–12 months ahead and build scalable systems.
High ownership mindset and comfort working in ambiguity.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in high-growth startups or performance-driven environments is preferred.
Exposure to Sales / CX / Insurance / Fintech ecosystems is a plus.
Work on high-priority initiatives with direct business impact.
