This role will follow a hybrid schedule and be based out of our San Juan, Puerto Rico office, with four days in-office and one fully remote day per week.

What You’ll Do:
Our Executive Assistant has the opportunity to provide professional support to senior leaders across the organization. You will be the main point of contact for a variety of administrative tasks and collaborate with others to make all coordination seamless. This person will possess superior organization skills and the ability to prioritize in a high energy, fast-paced environment.
- Fully support 3+ Executives in the below capacity:
- Extensive calendar management
- Correspondence with potential and current partners
- Coordinating internal/external meetings (catering, IT set up, etc.)
- Expense reporting
- Book travel (commercial flights / hotels / rental cars / etc.) through Concur
- Planning internal and external events and meetings
- Welcoming executive guests and act as a point of contact during their visits
- Serving as back up for other Executive Assistants when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 5 years of recent experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant in a professional environment
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); ability to communicate professionally with U.S.- based executives and partners required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience supporting 2+ senior leaders (VP-level or above preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience booking travel and managing expenses through Concur or similar platforms
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Proactive and solutions-oriented with the ability to anticipate executive needs
- High level of professionalism and executive presence
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
