IMCS Group is seeking a Tax Customer Service Representative for a 2-month contract position. The role involves assisting customers with tax preparation, answering inquiries, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Help customers who want us to prepare their taxes
- Answering key questions
- Gathering key information and documents
- Creating key notes for a seamless transition to the filing agent
- Create high quality customer interactions and experiences that instill confidence using deep customer empathy, and your knowledge in the field of customer service
- Document customer interactions
- Work continuously toward meeting company KPI metrics and Big Bet Goals
- Participate in pilot testing, projects, and experience validations, as needed
Requirements:
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
