Lauft Tech is a proptech company focused on creating a personalized home-search experience for buyers. They are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to connect with potential customer agents and schedule video demos for the sales team, requiring skills in outbound sales and client qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and outreach to provided leads
- Introduce and explain our marketing services in a clear, professional manner
- Engage potential clients, assess their needs, and determine if they would benefit from our services
- Schedule video demo appointments for the sales team with qualified leads
- Follow up with agents who express interest but haven’t booked a demo
- Track conversations and progress to ensure a consistent sales pipeline
- Handle objections and effectively communicate our value proposition
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, SDR, or BDR roles
- Strong verbal communication and cold-calling skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Must be based in the U.S. and available during U.S. business hours
- Experience in real estate or marketing industries are a plus, but not required
