Counsel Health is a company focused on redefining AI + human healthcare. They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to take significant responsibility in shaping their engineering organization and work cross-functionally with various teams to enhance AI-enabled clinical care.

Responsibilities:

Leading initiatives with our Product and Design teams to ship and iterate on unique product experiences in AI-enabled care that improve patient engagement and outcomes
Working closely with our ML research team to bring cutting-edge AI/LLM techniques into clinical care and implement these features into our agentic framework
Improving our physician-facing care platform and integrating AI tooling to increase physician efficiency and clinical capabilities
Architecting scalable backend systems, such as health data ingestion pipelines and enterprise client integrations
