As Revecore’s Liens Department Manager, you will:
Be responsible for overseeing all lien-related operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining accuracy, efficiency and timeliness. This role leads and develops the liens team, establishes best practices, manages workflow, and serves as a subject matter expert for lien processes.
The Role:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the liens department, including lien filing, tracking, and releases.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to lien processing.
- Develop, implement, and maintain departmental procedures and controls to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate department staff; set performance goals and conduct regular reviews.
- Monitor workloads and assign tasks to meet deadlines.
- Serve as escalation point for complex lien issues, dispute, or regulatory inquiries.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, operations, client services, sales development, and finance teams to resolve lien-related matters.
- Review and approve lien documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Track key performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Identify risks, trends, and opportunities for process improvement or automation.
- Ensure proper recordkeeping and audit readiness.
- Manages or performs special projects and tasks as required.
- Maintain confidential information, whether verbal, written or electronic, that I may learn in the course of my work at Revecore.
- Will not access or attempt to access confidential data that is unrelated to my job duties in the course of my work at

You’ll be successful if you have:
- Highschool Diploma required
- At least one year of management experience, preferably from a similar role
- Experience filing hospital liens or directly related work experience
- Notary public, or able to obtain
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in
- Ability to persuade others to accept proposed solutions and implementations.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex legal issues.
- Strong attention to detail in documentation.
- Must be able to tolerate stressful situations and maintain
- Ability to carry out responsibilities under minimal supervision while using personal
- Working knowledge of computer functions and computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite and
Work at Home Requirements:
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home.

- The workspace area accommodates all workstation equipment and related materials and provides adequate surface area to be productive.
