General Manufacturing Associate - Multiple Openings

We are looking to fill several open roles in our manufacturing environment such as Assembler, Production Operator, General Utility, and Electrical Assembler.  Join us and be part of building world class material handling equipment.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working in one of our manufacturing departments (final assembly, paint, welding, electrical assembly)
• Follow standard work instructions to complete assigned tasks
• Support the Toyota Production System driven process
• You may be using various tools (manual and power tools) to complete assigned tasks
• Visually inspect your work before next operation and adjust as necessary

Positions available:

• Assembler
• Production Operator
• General Utility
• Material Attendant
• Forklift Operator (requires experience)

What We’re Looking For:

• A high school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift to 50lbs

What Sets You Apart:

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production environment work experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Where and When You’ll Work:

• This is an in-person role located at our Greene, NY manufacturing location—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
• This position is first shift. Hours will vary by department with start times as early as 5:00am and overtime as required based on business needs which can include Saturdays. 

 

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

 

Wage - $19.26 - $23.22 per hour.  Compensation based on position and selected the selected candidate's experience. 

 

Depending on selected candidates work history, experience, and skillset, initial assignment may be facilitated through a staffing agency with the potential to transition to direct employment based on attendance, work performance, and business needs.  This is evaluated on an ongoing basis during temporary assignment.
