What You'll Do
- Run commercial cleaning jobs overnight across Northern Virginia
- Operate pressure washing and soft washing equipment
- Direct and develop your apprentice on every job
- Maintain truck cleanliness and equipment standards
- Follow our quality control system (daily photo documentation)
- Complete routes within access windows before morning business hours
- Report to Director of Operations
- Overnight hours — work performed during off-peak hours
- Active season: March – November
- 30–40 hours/week
- Comfortable working overnight shifts independently
- Proven ability to lead and direct others in the field
- Comfortable driving box trucks
- Not afraid of heights (we do multi-story buildings and lift work)
- Mechanical aptitude for basic equipment troubleshooting
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Able to obtain DOT medical card
- Pass background check
- Pressure washing/soft washing experience is a plus
- Prior crew lead or field supervisor experience
- You take ownership of results, not just effort
- You hold your partner to the same standard you hold yourself
- You keep a clean, organized truck because it reflects on you
- You can work efficiently under time pressure without cutting corners
