Requirements:
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML delivery
- 4+ years in customer-facing, consulting, or forward-deployed roles
- Proven track record building and deploying enterprise-scale AI/ML applications in production
- Deep proficiency in Python (required) plus Node.js or Go
- Strong full-stack capabilities (React or Vue) and experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Hands-on expertise with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines (LlamaIndex, Haystack), vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, AstraDB), and agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI)
- Experience developing and fine-tuning LLM/SLM solutions
- Strong DevOps foundation: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, GPU infrastructure, cloud-native deployment patterns
- Experience integrating AI solutions with heterogeneous enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, data warehouses, data lakes, streaming architectures)
- Ability to architect scalable ETL/ELT pipelines across structured and unstructured data sources
