Location: 7781 NW Beacon Square Blvd., Suite 201 Boca Raton, FL 3348
Required Experience: 2-3 years' APP experience in a clinic or office setting (nephrology is a plus, but not required)
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary $100,000-$115,000 depending on experience
• Productivity bonus up to 16,000 annually
• Full-time benefits package
• 4 weeks PTO
• 2500 CME
Schedule/Practice Details:
• Hospital and Office
• Monday-Friday
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree program in nursing or physician assistant studies, with nationally recognized course content, formal clinical preparation with minimum hour standards per program requirements
• Competencies in advanced health assessment, physical examination, diagnosis, planning, and managing care including pharmacotherapeutics.
• Provide nursing expertise in diagnosis and treatment to prevent, remediate, or alleviate illness and promote health, thus, resulting in improved patient outcomes.
• Knowledge of patient assessment techniques including taking medical histories, performing physicals, evaluating health status including state of wellness, and compliance with care recommendations.
• Knowledge of diagnosing and treating medical problems and developing care plans.
• Knowledge of documentation in medical records in a confidential manner.
