About This Role
The Associate Financial Analyst will be primarily responsible for performing financial analysis, maintaining forecasts, and providing EACs for various programs. Under the direction of a Principal Financial Analyst or Finance Manager, the Analyst will generate and track monthly budgets, cost projections, and sales and profit estimates.

Responsibilities
· Support assigned programs with timely analysis, financial modeling and recommendations for decision making.
· Use analysis to identify and investigate program issues and advise on appropriate course of action.
· Conduct program analysis, maintain forecasts and provide monthly Estimate at Completion (EACs).
· Establish and maintain standard corporate financial reports and program status reports.
· Provide real time information to Finance Manager regarding changes in program financials and execution.
· Ensure program financials are accurate and complete and are in accordance with SOX and Internal Controls.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree required, degrees in Accounting or Finance preferred.
· Must have the ability to be a self-starter and work with minimal supervision
· Oracle experience is preferred.
· Program Finance/Government contracting experience is preferred
· Program baselining, forecasting, and financial support
· Familiarity with FAR/DFAR is preferred

Textron’s compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs. The pay range should be used as a general guide only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $75,000 - $75,000 per year.
