Over the past several years, we have led key thinking, development, and implementation processes at the heart of Israeli public life, supported by a global network spanning the world. We work closely with government ministries and public organizations to drive meaningful change and improve services for citizens

Areas of Responsibility

• Managing and leading consulting projects in various fields (strategy, operations, digital transformation, innovation, etc.)

• Direct engagement with senior management and strategic clients

• Data analysis, conducting market research, and generating business insights

• Developing and presenting tailored consulting solutions to meet client needs

• • Writing reports, preparing presentations, and presenting findings to clients

Requirements

 Master’s degree - an advantage

• At least 3 years of experience in strategic/management/operational consulting or project management

• Familiarity with the Israeli public sector

• Analytical thinking, strong analysis and conclusion skills

• Full proficiency in Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

• High level of English (writing, reading, and speaking)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, under pressure and multitasking

• Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, and a high level of personal responsibility

השתתפות בגיבוש ובפיתוח תוכניות אסטרטגיות, מודלי הפעלה, תהליכי תכנון ותוכניות יישום עבור הנהלות בכירות במגוון ארגונים במגזר הציבורי – ממשרדים גדולים ועד שחקני מגזר שלישי. העבודה כוללת ביצוע מחקרים עצמאיים לצד עבודה צמודה עם לקוחות וליווי תהליכי טרנספורמציה במשרדי ממשלה. העבודה מתבצעת בצוות דינמי, וכוללת אחריות רבה, התקדמות עצמאית והובלה.

תחומי אחריות

• ניהול והובלת פרויקטים ייעוציים בתחומים מגוונים (אסטרטגיה, תפעול, טרנספורמציה דיגיטלית, חדשנות ועוד)
• עבודה ישירה מול הנהלות בכירות ולקוחות אסטרטגיים
• ניתוח נתונים, ביצוע מחקרי שוק, והפקת תובנות עסקיות
• פיתוח והצגת פתרונות ייעוץ מותאמים לצרכי הלקוח
• כתיבת דוחות, מצגות, והצגת ממצאים בפני לקוחות

Requirements Hebrew

• תואר שני - יתרון
• ניסיון של 3 שנים לפחות בייעוץ אסטרטגי / ניהולי / תפעולי / ניהול פרויקטים
• היכרות עם המגזר הציבורי בישראל
• חשיבה אנליטית, יכולת ניתוח והסקת מסקנות ברמה גבוהה
• שליטה מלאה ביישומי Office (בדגש על Excel ו-PowerPoint)
• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה (כתיבה, קריאה ודיבור)
• יכולת עבודה עצמאית ובצוות, עמידה בלחצים וריבוי משימות
• יחסי אנוש מעולים, יוזמה ואחריות אישית גבוהה
