is seeking a highly skilled
SAP STC (Service-to- cash)
Consultant to join our global SAP transformation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across
Customer Service (CS), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Finance (FI/CO)
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support
Service-to-Cash (STC)
process design, configuration, and implementation within SAP.

Configure and manage
service order management, billing, contract management, and revenue recognition
.

Ensure seamless
integration between SAP CS, SD, and FI/CO modules
to support STC business scenarios.
-
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design functional solutions, and drive process improvements.
-
Implement
localization and tax compliance
for regional operations, including
einvoicing and statutory reporting
where applicable.

Support
data migration, testing (SIT/UAT)
, documentation, and end-user training.
-
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring stable and efficient SAP STC operations.

Work closely with technical teams for
interface design and integration
with third-party systems (field service, compliance, or scheduling).
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Finance, Engineering, or Information Systems
.

Minimum
10 years of hands-on experience
in
SAP STC, SD, or CS
modules.

Strong understanding of
Order-to-Cash and Service-to-Cash
processes.
-
Expertise in
SAP configuration
related to service contracts, order processing, billing, and revenue accounting.

Experience in
cross-module integration
(SD–FI/CO–MM).

Knowledge of
IDOCs, BAPIs, and APIs
for integration with external systems.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-
Ability to work effectively in a
remote, global team environment
.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with
SAP S/4HANA
and
BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management)
.

Experience with
SAP GRC
,
TDF
, or e-invoicing tools.

Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
