Location: Germany - DACH, remote
As part of our Professional Services Consulting team DACH we are looking for candidates with Sen German SAP time experience .

As senior German time consultant you are working with our German clients as well as our delivery center in Granada/Spain. Cross team collaboration in English is an important part of the role. Going forward within the further career you also have the option to extend skills within SFSF Employee Central, SF time, point to point integration and other leading HR systems solutions.

Key responsibilities:
One or multiple customer assignments within projects and Application Maintenance Services
Lead design workshops to capture the positive and negative time requirements
Analyzing client requirements
Creating functional documentation / workbooks
Implementing customer requirements in SAP HCM PT or SF Time Tracking (with support of technical consulting team in our service centres)
Data Migration
Lead Testing Cycle (Unit, User Acceptance Test)
Proactive alignment cross work streams (e. g. in hybrid SuccessFactors Time Tracking, Time Off, EC, EC Payroll projects)
Support Sales/Pre-Sales within Due Diligence Workshops for payroll with our prospects

Requirements:

ESSENTIAL
Senior knowledge in pos and neg time management
Senior German SAP time configuration skills
Client focus and a good understanding of client needs
Positive attitude and collaboration internally and externally in our teams across Europe and India.
German and English fluent
Understanding of SAP Reporting tools
Understanding of time processes
Understanding of software development life cycle gained by working in a structured project environment
Possibly experience within maintenance and support of SAP Time system

Work Experience
ESSENTIAL
Multiple time project implementations including clocking integrations
Experience working in a virtual team-oriented/home office based, collaborative, multinational environment (tools: teams chat and outlook)
Experience working in busy environments balancing multiple tasks
Business German and English proficient spoken and written communication skills
Basic ABAP knowledge

Fiori knowledge is a plus
