What this job involves:

• Ensuring smooth product delivery to customers of Client
• Achieving a balance between seeing the big picture and attending to details is top of your mind. To deliver high-quality property management services, you’ll ensure your team has relevant and up-to-date skills.
• Handling transition and involving in the snagging and development of system process at the site would be an essential role to be delivered.
• Delegating tasks to the engineering team and yourself involving in client, OEM, vendor interactions for smooth handing taking over and commissioning of equipment, inside units, etc.
• You shall also be involving in customer feedback and possession of units available in the complex hence would have to work closely and coordinate with necessary stakeholders.
• You’ll also see to it that both the property’s interior and exterior are well-maintained.
• Keeping a tab on the essential details
• Achieving a balance between seeing the big picture and attending to details is top of your mind.
• To deliver high-quality property management services, you’ll ensure your team has relevant and up-to-date skills.
• To keep finances on track, you’ll monitor and create budget plans and management reports based on business objectives.
• Part of your responsibilities is also being our liaison officer who takes charge of our major programmes on-site and coordinates with the relevant parties.
• Driving excellent daily operations
• As the person in charge, you’ll manage the site’s daily activities and ensure that all essential operational processes are followed.
• You’ll also see to it that both the property’s interior and exterior are well-maintained.
• You’ll do this by performing regular site inspections and conducting fire and other evacuations as scheduled in accordance with the health and safety requirements.
• Promoting client satisfaction
• Are you keen on keeping clients happy? In this role, you’ll build and maintain positive client relationships by providing excellent customer services that follow key performance indicators agreed by the client and the company.
• You’ll also handle client queries, attend meetings and coordinate with the local authorities as required.
• A people person: Teamwork is the backbone of a company’s success. As the person in charge, you will mentor, motivate and train team members, promoting a culture of camaraderie in the process. Your strong communication skills and excellent work ethics may also help you win the job.

Interested?  An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

• Are you a degree holder in electrical engineering, or have experience in administration?
• You should have worked in a residential property management role for at least three to five years in the past.
• Have you received exposure to any technology-based utility management?
• Do you consider yourself a pro with Microsoft Office? If yes, you might be the candidate we’re in search for!
• Do you have a solid background in facility administration operations and strong working knowledge of occupational safety?
• Do you have a proven track record in rolling out improvement initiatives?
• Flexibility in working with a team and leadership qualities
• Likewise, you must possess a customer-centric focus and superior organisational skills to manage daily activities effectively.
• You must also be equipped with excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, constantly changing environment using most recent technology

Desired experience and technical skills (Required)

• Bachelor’s Degree or graduate/ MBA or related field preferred
• Basic understanding PC hardware and connectivity components
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS & Office
• Basic understanding of WEB technologies and components
• Excellent phone skills, good listener
• Experienced in communicating with senior and executive level managers
• Good written and verbal communications
