This role involves strategic leadership, client relationship management, and business development to expand the company’s footprint with existing and new clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales strategy and execution for healthcare data collection products and services
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with pharma, biotech, and healthcare clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships , serving as a trusted advisor for research solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of data collection projects
- Mentor and develop sales team members , establishing clear KPIs and performance goals
- Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends
- Act as a thought leader in healthcare market research data collection, influencing client strategy and solutions adoption
- Support business development initiatives, including proposals, presentations, and solution design
Requirements:
- 10+ years of sales experience in healthcare or life sciences market research
- Proven track record in closing complex B2B deals and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Experience leading sales teams, mentoring, and developing talent
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven, and collaborative environment
