Established Search is working with a cardiac MRI client seeking a strategic and customer-focused Senior Manager, Customer Insights & Product Marketing to lead Voice of Customer initiatives and customer insight programs. This role will bridge customers, product teams, and commercial stakeholders by translating customer feedback and market insights into actionable recommendations for product development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of Voice of Customer (VoC) initiatives, including clinician interviews, advisory boards, surveys, and structured customer feedback programs
- Capture insights from cardiologists, radiologists, technologists, and healthcare administrators to identify clinical needs, workflow challenges, and unmet market opportunities
- Translate customer insights into clear product requirements, opportunity areas, and improvement recommendations for the cardiac imaging platform
- Serve as an internal advocate for the customer, ensuring feedback and insights are consistently incorporated into product development and strategic discussions
- Support upstream marketing efforts through customer insight analysis, market research, and competitive intelligence
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to help prioritize development efforts based on validated customer needs and clinical workflow insights
- Contribute to the refinement of product strategy and roadmap decisions through data-driven customer insights
- Build and maintain relationships with key clinicians, technologists, and thought leaders to maintain a continuous feedback loop with the market
- Facilitate customer advisory boards, user feedback sessions, and early product validation activities
- Monitor customer sentiment and competitive positioning to inform product messaging and future innovation opportunities
- Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Clinical Applications, and Marketing teams to ensure customer insights are embedded throughout the product lifecycle
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights that guide development priorities and product positioning
- Collaborate with commercial and field teams to gather insights from real-world customer interactions and ensure alignment with market needs
Requirements:
- years of experience in customer insights, product marketing, upstream marketing, or product management within medical imaging, health tech, or MedTech
- Demonstrated experience designing and executing Voice of Customer (VoC) programs and customer feedback initiatives
- Proven ability to translate customer insights into product recommendations and roadmap inputs
- Experience working within cardiac imaging or MRI environments
