Data Center Network Engineer

IntePros is seeking a Cisco/Data Center Network Engineer to support connectivity between enterprise data center environments and cloud infrastructure. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining network routing and switching across hybrid environments, ensuring reliable connectivity between on-premise data centers and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support network connectivity between enterprise data centers and cloud environments
• Configure and maintain routing, switching, and BGP connectivity between on-premise infrastructure and Microsoft Azure
• Support and maintain enterprise Cisco-based data center networking environments
• Partner with cloud engineering teams to ensure reliable and scalable hybrid network architecture
• Troubleshoot network performance issues across Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking environments
• Assist in implementing networking best practices for performance, resilience, and security

Requirements:

• Strong experience with BGP routing
• Experience with Cisco ACI environments
• Experience with Cisco Nexus switches
• Deep understanding of Layer 2 / Layer 3 networking
• Expertise in routing and switching technologies
• Experience supporting cloud connectivity (Azure or other public cloud platforms)
• Experience integrating on-premise data center infrastructure with public cloud environments
• Familiarity with hybrid network architectures
