About this role

The company is seeking an Intern, Engineer Mechanical to support the design of mechanical components, conduct testing of new products, and perform 3D CAD drafting of components and products.
Responsibilities:
- Support the design of Mechanical Components
- Support testing of new products based on product requirements
- 3D CAD Drafting of components and products
- Conduct Analysis of tolerances, simple stress/strain, statics, dynamics, heat transfer, etc
Requirements:
- Support the design of Mechanical Components
- Support testing of new products based on product requirements
- 3D CAD Drafting of components and products
- Conduct Analysis of tolerances, simple stress/strain, statics, dynamics, heat transfer, etc
- Basic materials knowledge
- Basic machine design
- Drafting
- Familiar with 3D CAD software (NX/Creo)
- Hands on experience
- Problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Degree: Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related with a 3.0 or higher
