Unison is a company that provides AI-infused software to improve federal processes and acquisitions. As an AI Product Manager, you will define and execute product strategy, focusing on the development of AI-powered capabilities and leading cross-functional teams to solve complex user problems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead product management for AI-powered capabilities
- Own the development of the AI-powered search feature from concept through launch and iteration
- Identify and validate product opportunities that drive measurable customer and business value
- Define and communicate clear product requirements, use cases, and success metrics
- Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, data scientists, and other stakeholders
- Stay informed on user needs, market trends, and relevant technologies
- Support a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration
- Gain a deep understanding of Unison’s product suite, technical architecture, and customer needs
- Meet with key internal stakeholders and customers to assess opportunities for search and related capabilities
- Lead the approach for our AI-powered search feature, including roadmap, requirements, and stakeholder alignment
- Develop a 90-day product plan in collaboration with the VP of Product
- Lead development of a working prototype or MVP in coordination with technical teams
- Define success metrics and an iterative roadmap for refinement
- Launch the initial AI search capability
- Gather customer feedback and analytics to guide improvements and future enhancements
- Contribute to broader strategy around AI feature development across the portfolio
Requirements:
- 3+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, with recent work on AI, data, or search features
- Strong understanding generative AI and LLMs
- Analytical mindset with experience defining and using metrics to evaluate feature success
- Proven ability to lead product efforts from idea through successful delivery
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field preferred
