Cenergy International Services is a major entertainment company seeking a Program Manager for Employee Programs to drive strategic global benefits and mobility initiatives. This role focuses on program management of key benefits and mobility projects, overseeing operational aspects, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the program management of key strategic benefits and mobility projects through clear communication, organization, first-principles thinking, strategic planning, and connecting the dots across our regional and global teams as well as CEP and Talent
- Oversee key operational drivers of the Employee Programs team, such as managing OpEx planning and updates, and prioritizing and scoping key Talent Tech-related projects
- Partner closely with the Senior Manager and Director to develop the strategic cadence and content for offsites, team town halls, leadership syncs, and other events
- Partner with necessary stakeholders for ongoing awareness of program/project updates and opportunities for collaboration
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and carry out the benefits and mobility program experience and measurements for effectiveness
- Identify and recommend improvements related to the existing experience, designing for an inclusive and user-centric approach, and partnering with the Talent team
Requirements:
- Experience in incentive compensation or sales compensation plans
- Compensation or benefits program experience (NOT a pure HR generalist)
- Strong program management fundamentals (organization, follow-through, communication)
- Comfortable working with dashboards and reporting (doesn't need to be a BI architect)
- Experience within a matrixed environment in project management or change management
- Strong communication and engagement skills working in a highly cross-functional and collaborative environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to tell a story with insights and trends
- Passion for benefits and mobility
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and be comfortable managing projects with some level of inconsistency
- Google Sheets proficiency expected
- Exposure to mobility programs is a plus (often overlaps with incentive comp work)
- Tech industry strongly preferred
- Tableau knowledge = nice to have
- Asana experience = important
- Workday familiarity = strong plus
