Project Manager (Architecture)

The Project Manager will manage and lead projects for a cross-functional team, serving as the main point of contact with clients and ensuring successful delivery of projects regarding scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead projects for a cross-functional team from initiation through the construction phase
• Serve as the main point of contact with WD's clients
• Lead project level communication, provide regular updates and reports regarding progress, and manage project deliverables through closeout
• Be accountable for successful delivery of projects including scope, schedule, and budget
• Anticipate and proactively lead the team and client to solutions
• Partner with account leadership and leads across multiple disciplines

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering or related field, or equivalent education and/or experience
• Advanced project management experience across design, architectural and engineering practices with progressive levels of responsibility
• Proven management and leadership experience, excited about managing and supporting the development of others in a cross-functional team environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects, clients and project timelines
• Previous experience supporting retail, restaurant, grocery, and/or healthcare projects is ideal
• Registered Architect (RA) or Professional Engineer (PE) is helpful
• LEED AP or PMP Certification is helpful
